The new upcoming Endeavor HX1 Bluetooth headset from Motorola is engineered to provide ultra clear communications in extreme conditions of background noise and wind.

Encapsulated into a modern yet simple looking package, the HX1 incorporates Motorola's CrystalTalk technology to reduce everyday noise, voice prompts to indicate headset status, 7 hours of talk time and the same true bone conduction technology utilized by the military that employs an in-ear sensor in place of an "environmentally interference prone” external microphone.

It terms of performance, the overall design and engineering seems to have paid off. According to a recent hands-on-test performed by Engadet, the HX1 provided the "best sound quality from a Bluetooth headset they have ever tested". It will be released in Asia, this July. No word on pricing information or a US release date.

Hmm I wonder if this will rival the Jawbone bluetooth device.
