GM after recently declaring bankruptcy and trying to free itself from the depths of one of its worst year ever, recently
revealed the Chevy Volt in black along with a glimmer of hope.
I’m happy to say the car looks fantastic and it's a quantum leap better than the silver Volt we've been seeing for the past few months.
If the Volt lives up to its performance claims and the price point is within reach, it could change the fortune of GM and the entire car industry forever.
So far, it's still full speed ahead with production and should be available sometime in late 2010 (pending no unforeseen obstacles). We look forward to
the production Volt and sincerely hope that it turns out to be both a fantastic vehicle and a tremendous success. (click on the gallery below for high

I now want mine in black ....

I think the Chevy Volt in black looks absolutely great. If GM can pull this off and the car turns out to be as successful as they say it will, it could really be game changer...

Does this car run on electric
Yes, this car is going to be electric with a small gas motor to recharge the onboard batteries.
I hope GM gets this car right, there's a lot riding on it no pun intended
